A program built around your goal
Set your goal, training experience, weekly schedule, and equipment. GymFactor picks the split — Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs, or Full Body — and builds a routine you can edit anytime.
GymFactor is a workout logging app that builds your training program, remembers every set, rep, and weight from last time, and turns each gym session into progress you can see — fully offline, no account, no feed.
Free to use. GymFactor Pro unlocks plate scan and more.
Most workout tracker apps bury logging under feeds, streaks, and ads. GymFactor is the opposite. Open it at the rack and today's workout is already there, with your last working weights filled in. Tap to log each set, rest with the built-in timer, and leave.
Behind that, your training log builds itself — every rep, every session, every personal record — and stays on your device. It's a gym diary, a strength tracker, a rep-and-set counter, and a routine planner in one offline-first app for iPhone and Apple Watch.
From routine builder to rep tracker to progress charts, GymFactor covers the whole loop: plan the session, log every set, see the trend. Answer about fourteen quick questions and you'll be logging your first workout in under two minutes.

Every exercise shows the weight, reps, and sets you logged last time, plus the next target — so you never scroll a notebook to find your working weight.
A strength score, per-exercise trend lines, weekly training volume, and an activity heatmap that marks trained, recovered, skipped, and missed days.
Point your camera at the loaded barbell or dumbbells and GymFactor reads the weight. Confirm before it's logged.
Widgets show today's lifts and let you log your next set without opening the app.

Whether you're chasing a first pull-up or a new bench PR, GymFactor is a strength-training log that keeps up with the way you lift.
Log straight sets, supersets, drop sets, and warm-ups. Swap any exercise mid-session without breaking your routine.
Follow a guided plan and learn progressive overload — add weight or reps each week — without building a spreadsheet.
Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs, Full Body, or your own template — two to six training days a week.
Every part of logging works with no signal. No account and no login wall between you and your workout log.
Leave the phone in your bag. Log sets from your wrist, watch heart rate and calories, and save the workout to Apple Health.
Core logging works fully offline. If you use iCloud, your training history syncs privately through your own Apple ID with CloudKit — we never run a copy of your workout log on our servers. There is no account to create and no social feed.
Start a workout on Apple Watch, log every set as you go, and see live heart rate and active energy. End the session and GymFactor writes a strength-training workout to Apple Health automatically.
GymFactor is free to log, plan, and track. Pro adds the features that lean on heavier processing.
Yes. Logging workouts, building a training program, last-session memory, progress charts, widgets, and the Apple Watch app are all free. GymFactor Pro is an optional subscription that adds AI plate scan and future Pro features, sold through the App Store.
Open GymFactor at the rack and today's session is already there — each exercise shows the weight, reps, and sets you did last time. Tap to log each set as you go, rest with the built-in timer, and finish. Your workout log builds itself with no typing from scratch and no spreadsheets.
Yes. Answer about fourteen quick questions — goal, experience, days per week, available equipment — and GymFactor picks a training split (Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs, Full Body, or its own choice) and builds the routine. You can swap, add, or remove any exercise afterwards.
Every exercise carries your last working set forward and suggests the next target, so you always know whether to add weight, add reps, or repeat. A strength score and per-exercise trend charts show whether your lifts are actually moving up over weeks and months.
Yes. GymFactor works as a guest on your device with no sign-up. All logging, programs, last-session memory, and progress work fully offline — you can open it in a basement gym with no signal. Network is only used for optional features like AI plate scan, iCloud sync, and purchases.
Yes. Start a workout on Apple Watch, log every set from your wrist, and see live heart rate and active energy. When you end the session, GymFactor writes a strength-training workout to Apple Health automatically.
There's no social feed, no ads, and no account. It's a focused gym logger: today's workout, last-session weights, a rest timer, and progress you can read. Your training history stays on your devices and syncs privately through your own iCloud account if you choose.
A photo you take of your plates or dumbbells is sent to a processing service to estimate the weight and is not stored in your workout database. You always confirm the weight before it is logged. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Health access is optional and only reads what you allow — weight, height, date of birth, and sex, plus heart rate and energy on Apple Watch. It is never used for advertising and never sold.
